We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software are delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a digital product for a refund. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have distributed a release version to a customer, the sale is final. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.
If you find a bug in our software, you can report it in our Support Forums and we will fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

- You just change your mind and want your money back
- You choose not to use our product
- You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (We have live demos available for you before purchasing)
- Our working hours are not compatible with yours
- You violate our Term of Use
However, we understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every server platform and every server configuration it may encounter. Therefore if the JomWALL Support staff is unable to get our software up and running on your server in the first 30 days after first submission of a support ticket notification to JomWALL Support staff then JomWALL Support will happily give you a refund. You will need to provide us with full access to your FTP, MySQL and Joomla Admin consoles in order for us to fully debug and install the software, if you cant give us this access in a timely and cooperative manner then we will not be able to give you a refund.
Refunds are only issued to the same email address & account they were originally purchased with.
